Question: Breakfast, lunch and dinner...



For me;
Breakfast - 1/2 asiago bagel
1/2 cookie dough poptart
2 glasses water

Lunch - french fries
chocolate pudding
vitamin water

Dinner - chop suey with ground turkey
1 piece wheat bread

Dessert - choc chip cookies

Snacks - granola bar
100 calorie pack of oreo candy bites

No breakfast

Lunch Whole wheat ravioli stuffed with tomato basil and mozarella. I had them with a vodka sauce which I added aesparragus, peppers, onions and basil to.

Snack- Chocolate Icecream with fresh strawberries and some chocolate syrup.

Don'y know if I'm gonna have dinner, I'm still stuffed.

B- the usual .... Nothing
L- one and a half tunafish sandwiches
D- maybe planko covered taplia (haven't decided if I am going to have dinner)

I usually only eat once a day, normally I have no breakfast or lunch, and I just have dinner.

Breakfast: Cheerios and Fruit Leather, Water
Lunch: Leftover Chinese, Coke
Snack: Chocolate Chips
Dinner: Not yet
I was bad today :O

I'm simple and eat pretty much same thing every day

BREAKFAST
Bagel with cream cheese OR cheese toastie
Can Red Bull OR coffee

LUNCH
Salad Sandwich OR egg sandwich
Juice OR water

DINNER
Take away - usually pasta, pizza, burgers, chinese food

DESSERT
Rarely eat dessert

SNACKS
I'll usually have a packet of chips, pickles, cheese and crackers or fruit

Breakfast:
2 cookies and a glass of water

Snack:
2 peanut m&m's

Lunch:
small chicken pho (Vietnamese noodle soup)
water

Dinner:
don't know yet cos I'm on the west coast and it's only 4 pm here.

Breakfast.
Fried egg on toast.
2 Slices of toast with Margarine and Vegemite.
1 Slice with Honey.

Lunch Still an hour away

Dinner Still 6 hours away.

Breakfast - 2 eggs w/ 1 slice wheat toast, no butter, 1 cup of coffee

Lunch - Small Mexican Caesar salad from El Torito

8 glasses of water

Dinner - Haven't gotten that far yet. :)

At the morning time it was a coffe and one slice of toast then lunch was a pasty, cheese and onion and for tea, I have not decided and its nearly bed time!

Lunch - meat loaf sandwich with mustard - Caf. free Pepsi
Dinner - Roasted chicken, roasted vegs. salad - Tea

Snacks - Choc. Covered Strawberry

Water, Water, Water

B: handful dry cereal
L: couple slice ham, mouthfull salad
and some fruit

(didnt eat much, really hot here today lol)

D: having chicken tomato fettucine YUM
