I would decrease the 1/2 tbsp of mayo to a 1/2 tsp of mayo,
add a couple leaves of lettuce and a couple slices of tomato
on two slices of ww whole wheat bread, an apple or whatever
type of fruit you like and a beverage.

I would think so yes

thats a great dinner but it might not be enough well it depends on how good it taste!! kidding but that is probably the most healthy thing that i have heard someone eat for a month!

yes...the mayo would be the killer but using a little amount is good! smart!

use yogurt instead

Sounds wonderful and healthy . . . you are not only having your fiber, oil, and fruit . . . but also something yummy. Enjoy!

Yea, any veggies?

one word "DUH"

Not a lot of the vitamins there. I would at least take a daily supplement.

it depends...did you add alot of butter or hydrogenated oils? also, did you use the healthiest pasta you could find? like whole wheat pasta? also, it depends on how you prepared the chicken.
Weight watchers bread sounds good, you shouldn't worry bout that.
Apple bits are good
the chicken salad just needs to be prepared healthy and the dinner should be very healthy! happy eating! =]

add some salad or a piece of fruit . If by "apple bits" you mean an actual apple, and not some apple in the salad, then it's ideal.

Yupp im pretty sure make sure your chicken is white meat and not that nasty fattning stuff that tricks alot of peopl!

yes! but i would still be hungry lol

Yes that is a healthy dinner ( i think it might be a bit healthier than some of mine.)

add lots of salad
