Well, if you have to go back to work it's best to keep it light. How about Subway, get grilled chicken on a bed of baby spinach. Yum. Maybe a bowl of soup as well.
Salted beef with rocket and parmesan shavings in an oatmeal sandwich with a mayonnaise dressing. Savoury potato chips/crisps and an ice cold can of diet coke.

I like to go somewhere that isn't a chain i.e. McDonald's, Chic-Fil-A, or Sonic. A locally owned cafe or boutique eatery would be my choice.

Something healthy. Try a restaurant where you can get some veggies! Burgers sound good, but i always feel guilty, heavy and sluggish after eating one. I love getting a fresh lunch and having the energy to finish up my day. Sushi? Indian food? Something grilled? Subway? Even a vegetarian restaurant!

a yummy burritto or wrap. there's a smaller chain around here and Florida called Sierra Grill. The best and healthiest Mexican food you can find in the US. The veggie burritto with chicken is so good. and they have the freshest salsa varieties. Pineapple, roasted tomato, salsa verde, etc. Filling and healthy. something like that would be good don't ya thnk?
I would probably suggest lasagna its delicious and fancy.

Me personally I would go for chinese food.Some Shrimp Fried Rice,Sweet and Sour Chicked and Some Egg Rolls.There is some places that have buffet even.
Well it depends.. if it were me i'd go for our Malaysian Nasi Lemak.. which is rice made with thick coconut milk, a spicy paste .. with fried anchovies and peanuts.. and some would add in either a boiled egg or a piece of chicken... or both.. and some cucumber.
As for dessert i'd have ABC .. which is crushed ice with lots of colored syrup, red beans, jellies and nuts .. topped of with some milk or ice cream.
