How can you keep loose tobacco from drying out?!


Question: i used a plastic easter egg , poked holes in it w/ a hot nail + put a piece of apple in it , then placed it in my tobacco jar , keeps it moist , change it every few days so it does not mold . dont just toss a piece of apple in there , your tobacco will stick to it.

Sure, just put it in a plastic bag or better yet a glass jar with a good lid. Put a slice of apple inside to keep it moist. If you keep it in the refrigerator it Will stay moist even longer.

keep it in a coffee can or in the freezer

My dad use to keep his in the fridge.He put in in a container with a slice of apple to keep it moist.

those are good answers but if it does dry out. but a very damp paper tower in with it. and it will come back to life .20 minuets
