If I didn't eat..?!


Question: Okay, first: I know this is unhealthy, yeah, don't tell me.
and I won't "store fat" I know I'll lose weight so don't give me that crap.

If I didn't eat tommrow, Friday, and Saturday and drank very little how much would I probably lose?

You may loose weight, but it will be mostly water weight, so once you start eating and drinking normally, you'll put it back on. And yes, you will store fat once you start eating again. Your body will store up in case you don't have food again for 3 days or more. The only thing that this is going to accomplish is you being miserable for the next few days.

But they come back immediately when you start to eat again.
In addition to temporarily lost weight,
you will have a 'loosing energy' look too.

hmm.... maybe 4 pounds if your body dosnt store fat. but as soon as you eat agin you will gain it right back in a day or so. I know from when im sick and barely eat i always loose some weight but i gain it right back just because im putting food back into my body not because i am producing fat. its not worth it.

well you would just lower your motabolism and put it on again after. so is there any point?
also if you drink little water you will GAIN water retention. you need to drink much water as possible to lose weight, keep your hair and skin healthy
just eat healthly and you will lose more weight for a longer time.
you WILL store fat, when we were cave people we would store fat when we go under a certain leval of calories to keep you alive. you will lose alot more weight by eating healthily in the long run. if you go on a crash diet you are also likely to goarge yourself soon as possible on less healthy stuff. why harm yourself when you can do it safely. do some weight lifting to help build muscle as this would burn fat faster
