How do i keep myself from eating when i don't want to?!

it depends on how much you eat when you're not hungry and how long it had been since you had eaten. if it had been three or four hours, then its okay to eat again so you keep your metabolism going. but don't eat a full meal. it should be a small meal that's enough to keep you from getting hungry but not too much that you feel full.

don't keep instant food at home. so when ur not actually hungry but want to eat, u hav to make something. so that time u make it . n in this way hav som movement n d prepared food is better than icecream or cheeps.

Start the day with a bowl of Muesli or oatmeal,or a piece of wheat toast. It will fill you for a longer time and is healthy for you. if you get hungry in between meals there's no harm in snacking on veggies or fruits.
