I love all Italian food but i think my favorite is chicken Parmesan

Ravioli or stuffed shells and cannoli. I love all pasta and especially the stuffed variety and anything Italian (really good salads too).

Penne stuffed with sausage and plum sauce.

I love pasta. Fettuccini Alfredo, with chicken and broccoli. Or maybe some manicotti. Pizza, any day of the week. Anything Italian is going to be good!

Italian sausages on top of vermicelli with marinara sauce.

This is the dish I try at every italian restaurant to judge whether they are good or not.

At home, I like to make orrechiette with broccoli and green olives. I also make pizza at least 2x per month.

eggplant parm with a side of hot & sweet italian sausages.

This is a tough one! I guess my absolute favorite would be eggplant parmesan!

Anything "florentine", buccatini alla amatriciana, and gemelli with chickpeas, guanciale, garlic and broccoli rabe.
