Cake writing?!

Question: I want to write something on a cake im baking, but i want it to be perfect...would it be possible for me to print out the lettering, trace it with some type of icing, let it dry, then peel it off the paper and place it on the cake? If so what type of icing would I be able to use to do it? Unless someone has any other suggestions

you can get edible 'rice paper' or 'wafer paper' and use a non-toxic pencil (something you can ingest), draw your design, lettering, whatever onto the paper, and place the paper directly on your cake and frost away!! check out this site for supplies http://www.sugarcraft.com/catalog/misc/w...
