What kind of good foods and snacks do you like?!
Answers: I need good, healthy, foods and snacks that you eat a lot, but never gain weight from them. Please give me a list of them, thanks.
I eat yoghurt, the plain kind and and add a little lemon kool aid for flavour. Also cereal with milk and maybe a banana for a snack in the evening. I like Kashi Go Lean Crunch. Nuts and seeds are a healthy snack. Eat a big handful of almonds or walnuts with a bit of salt if you like salt. Or peanuts are good too. Sunflower seeds are great. A boiled egg is a good snack. Or two boiled eggs, one for each hand. I tend to eat things other than vegetables which I find boring. Fruit is ok but not that filling when you're really hungry. Though a banana with some peanut butter spread on it is tasty and filling. Popcorn tastes good but to me not great without butter. You also have to eat a ton of popcorn not to feel hungry. Try a Coke float with some lowfat ice cream or frozen yoghurt. Float a ball of it in your choice of diet drink. Oops maybe not too healthy but not really bad either.

And I like to just eat lettuce that is yummy too.
I like tea so I drink a lot of tea (decaf) and that brings my appetite down a little bit.
I like making a sandwich out of whole wheat bread that contains only lettuce and mustard and sometimes tomatoes too... So making a sandwich of vegetables only and adding mustard to it tastes really good for me.

theres the vegi plate.. raw or fresh vegies..carrots..brocoli.. califlower..tomatoes..and i use a fat free dressing or dip.. do you like spinach dip.. to dip your vegies in ..soooo good and healthy.. you dont gain weight off fresh veg.. good luck....

remember you can gain weight if you eat too much of anything. 3,000 calories equals one pond of body fat
