Fruit - Banana. Trust me, u eat a few and u'll not feel hungry for hours. plus they're good and healthy. In fact, may be you should munch on different fruits once in every few hours.
Banana is also good for skin if you apply mashed banana n honey on face :)
Veggie - may be Carrot. healthy definitely, plus i think i get so tired chewing it that i don't feel hungry for some other food :P
Nuts - they're all good, but not if you're calorie/weight conscious... coz i think stuff like peanuts, almond etc have fatty stuff whatever that's called.
Note: i'm a vegetarian since birth. it's bcoz of vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc that i'm alive today :)
soya nuts. just 2 tbsps remove hunger pangs.
Also legumes. Anything high in fiber is good, it fills you up and helps rid your body of its toxins too.
granola
anything high in protein...but low in carbs...
I like flavoured rice cakes. Their filling and you feel sinnful by having a treat.
sounds wierd but peppermint leaves just the smell fights hunger,
or brushing ur teeth always fights off hunger for a couple hours
I recommend drinking lots of water if you're trying to fight hunger (in a healthy way!) The best way to fight hunger is by eating smaller portions. For example, if you ordinarily eat a whole sandwich and a small bag of chips for lunch, try eating half a sandwich and half the bag of chips. Over time, this will cause your stomach to shrink (your stomach is kind of like elastic, and will shrink or expand depending on how much food you take in). Try eating a few (3-5) small meals throughout the day- it really helps! :)
