What is a healthy substitute for drinking cokes?!
Answers: I usually drink 2-3 cokes a day and i need something healthier to drink. I know water would be a good substitute, but that just doesn't cut it for me. Any suggestions?
hi this is a great choice to make because as you already know coke is terrible for you. i would reccomend buying a case of waterbottles to always have on hand to grab and a box of the iced tea mix that is easy to pur into a water bottle. i think its called crystal lite and they make the water taste great and theyre only about five calories each. you can also buy the kind that comes in the round container- its cheaper and comes with more, the other kind is called crystallite 'on the go' good luck and congrats for making a good choice! p.s. i would reccomend the raspberry flavor
Try juice diluted with water. Don't try diet soda. It tricks your body into thinking that it is gonna receive sugar, but the body doesn't, and it screws up the system. If you were to drink 2-3 diet cokes a day, you could have problems with your health later on (because of the false sugar signals).
How about some green tea.=)
Juice
Flavored waters
Ginger ale or club soda
Iced tea
Gatorade
Try lots of different flavors of iced tea. Its really yummy if you get different varieties, so it gives you variants and you don't get bored and tempted. I highly recommend this site for brewing teas (especially the herbal selection) if you decide to go this route.

Carbonated water.Perrier water is really good
cordial
Try flavored seltzer, like Vantage. It has carbonation and enough of a taste to make it seem like soda.
Iced herbal teas- lots of choices! If you're not sure what you like go to a tea shop and ask for samples.
Try ice tea, no sugar. You are addicted to the sugar.
Crystal lite is good, and if you like Sprite it has alot less calories. So does Ginger Ale. Chocolate milk has lots of sugar, but its healthy for you too.
coke is bad for you, believe it or not my last name is Cola tho...
anyways
sparkling water
sparkling juice
ice tea
green tea
ginger ale
lemonaid
gatorade
energy drinks
juicy juice
capri sun...
apple juice
orange juice
MANGO juice
or nectars....
I would say iced tea because tea contains healthy antioxidants. Juice is too high in carbs to drink a lot of (for me anyway).
I really like the teas from this company:

My favorite one to make iced tea out of is Ginger Peach. Blackberry Sage is very good too. Add honey for an all natural sweetener.
If you do drink a soda, try not to drink them out of aluminum cans. Aluminum has been linked with Alzheimer's Disease.
Take care.
