Answers: organic yoghurt, a banana and a tin of tuna??

Yes...i have almost the same thing several times a week....
I sometimes add alittle bit of honey toasted wheat germ to my yogurt, like a teaspoon or two,it's packed with vitamin e,folic acid, and lots of other nutrients....you have assembled a healthy AND yummy lunch....Enjoy!

yup thats almost wat i eat except i have bread as well

Not my idea of lunch.

why not ?

Yea, why not?

yep...very healthy

yes thats a healthy lunch...

Mmmmm, yummmm, i'm coming to have lunch with you! :)

yep

As long as you don't eat it every day. Tuna, because they are an apex predator (at the top of the food chain) and are long-lived, can accumulate more mercury than other fish.

i would add a little bit of carbohydrates in there as well. not too much, just to make this more filling.
Its ok to eat carbs at lunch because it will keep you energised for the rest of the day, and will be burned off before you go to sleep.
try a small cup of pasta or rice, or a small dinner roll.

sure it is

yes,it is!bon appetit!

i think all of are the natural food , specially organic yoghurt is a good drinking and full of calcium so i think it's a good and useful and OK lunch for you but i advise you to eat them for
dinner instead of lunch

Yes, that sounds good!

tats the exact thing if u r on a diet

umm i love tuna.have you not thought of freezing you yoghurt into ice cubes and putting them in a flask.they keep things cold as well as hot.if its one that says do not freeze just pour it into a small flask.a bit messy but it may work.i no its really hot their.
