Answers: ew i had to eat that once; i almost threw up in my mouth.

it is processed crap

Yep!

Not exactly GREAT, but easy and quick.

No, too high in sodium and chemicals.

if you dont care what you put into your body....sure, why not. If you believe that what you fuel you body with makes a difference in how your feel and your overall health....hell no. I'm sure there are natural choices of similiar foods that would be much healthier and not full of perservatives/artificial ingredients. Try your local natural foods market, maybe try an organic beef or ground turkey for more nutrition....more expensive but worth it in the long run- your body will thank you.

Not for every day of the week! Maybe once a month i make hamburger helper. My son likes the cheesy nacho one.

Depends on what kind. If you're young and don't really have the money for a full on meal all the time, its great. I use to eat it days at a time when I lived on my own. Not the healthiest choice, but it certainly beats having no food at all.

It's not bad......

Health wise probably not. Most likely loaded with sodium and fat. My family absolutely hate them. We make goulash and other hotdishes from scatch and then we know exactly what goes in them. Eat healthy.

i LOVE hamburger helper. and i LOVE tuna helper. LOVE IT. LOVE IT. LOVE IT. My friend hates them both...says it's poor people food....whatever!!!! my two favorite are cheddar melt and tuna fettucine alfredo !!!!

It doesn't taste good and it is loaded with fat and preservatives. I don't consider it cooking.

depends. if your primary concern is an inexpensive, quick meal with popular flavors? yes, its great. if you have a little more time on your hands you can make something equally simple and far more delicious/nutritious by using the following recipe:

1 box of pasta (ur fav is fine)
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbs olive oil
oregano
pepper
salt
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp sugar
2 fresh itallian sausages (sweet or hot)

place olive oil in pan over medium heat. add garlic and onions, sautéed until tender (2-3 minutes). remove casing from sausage and crumble. add to pan. cook for 4-6 minutes (until sausage is cooked). add remaining ingredients. and turn heat to low. simmer for 30 minutes.

mean while, heat a pot of boiling water and cook pasta according to box directions. once cooked, toss with sauce and serve with garlic bread and salad.

They are easy and cheap meals. When my children were young we lived on it.
