Black coffee,2 eggs and toast this morning. Usually cereal,a banana, and coffee.

orange vitamin water and an oatmeal raisin bar, I over slept by 30 min so no time for anything good.

strawberry cheesecake yogurt and a bagel with cream cheese.

I prefer a hot high protein breakfast, bacon and eggs with toast for fiber and orange juice for Vitamin C.

I usually have no time for breakfast so it's coffee. When I get hungry I'll just grab something if I can... some bread etc

Toasted "everything" bagel with cream cheese and jelly. Can of ginger ale.

mcskillet burrito and coffee

warm meal

A cold Diet Pepsi

diet dr pepper
?

Coffee and juice. Then either Special K, oatmeal, pancakes or french toast...or some bacon, eggs and potatoes.........or a nice omelet with ham, cheese, green peppers, onions, olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms....I enjoy breakfast foods and could continue on and on about which I like........but I also like a trip to the lunch box for breakfast or mcdonalds, the egg mcmuffin and hash browns call to me.........

Yogurt with fresh strawberries and granola from Cosi

salad and a glass of orange juice!

orange juice...toast with creame cheese...1 hard boiled egg, and fiber one bar

Hot always for my fiance. Tomorrow is a plan for little bit (about a cup) of fruit salad. A pancake, two strips of bacon, and a scrambled egg. Some water and some fresh orange juice. At home. I normally eat whats left over or a smaller portion of what I serve him.
