Ramen Noodle Question? Can I use a Chicken Flavor Packet in a pack of RAMEN Noodles that was originally beef?!
Answers: Hello - My wife cooks her RAMEN noodles *without* a flavor packet - yes, she just adds a slice of cheese.....here is the problem - she cooked my chicken noodles instead of her beef noodles - so I have beef noodles left, but no chicken noodles. I know I am not supposed to, but can I use a Chicken flavor packet with the beef noodles if I leave out the beef packet? If so, can I maybe then use the the beef flavor when I use trukey "burger" in hamburger helper to "trick" the hamburger helper into thinking that the turkey is beef? I know, it is aganist all Ramen rules, But I an desperate!
Noooooo! You'll cause a rip in the space time continuum.
Live on the Edge! Heck with the rules. Go for it!
You can do whatever you like it's your food. Whether it'll taste good or not well...idk.
It really shouln't matter which noodles you use it on because the noodles are what makes the flavor, its the flavor packet..
Doesn't matter. do whatever you want in whatever noodle with whatever flavor, as long as you like it.
Why not. The noodles are all the same thing. It's the packet that makes it different.
The flavor packet is the flavoring. The noodles are the same in all packages. Use any flavor that you want to.
The noodles don't know which flavor packet is in the bag, so add which ever flavor you want, while you're at it add some veggies, yummy. Same with the hamburger helper, you can use chicken if you want and it wouldn't care! You can also use the hamburger helper noodles and flavor them with beef ramen flavor packet. It's YOUR choice!
;)
What comes in the packet is basic seasoning. The noodles that come in the package are basic ramen noodles that don't have any flavor, whih is why she's able to get away with not using them. in fact, i used to make what i call "ghetto spaghetti", and forsaken the packet for sauce.
yes, you can substitue packets, i do all the time.. i hate beef flavor!
Yes, do it.
The noodles are the exact same for all flavors. It's only the flavor packet that's different. You can definitely use the flavor packet. I think the flavor packet would be good in a burger- beef or turkey. People add Lipton onion soup mix all the time- it's about the same thing.
You're right, the Ramen shouldn't be mixed, but you have to live a little! Take a risk! Test your skills and you go trick that turkey to think it's beef! You gotta live on the edge.
Haha. Sure, the almighty Ramen gods might be angry, but who cares!
yes because all the noodles are the same that is why they come in the pakets. Hell i mix the flavors sometimes
Of course not! It's against the rules..
