-sandwich with tunafish, salad and sliced tomatoes + an apple + yogurt
-sandwich with ham, cheese, salad and sliced tomatoes + pear + chocolate milk
-tunafish salad with corn and peas + graham crackers + pineapple
-fruit salad (bananas, strawberries, pears, raisins) + crackers + yogurt and cereals

Egg salad sandwich with Bacon. Yum!

Tuna sandwich, full of omega 3 goodness and super tasty!

Quiznos ....mm mm mmm mmm mmmmmmm

i am guessing salad or half of a subway low fat sub if you are going out for lunch
