Answers: What should I eat? I want something healthy, but will still fill me up. No fatty foods, peanut butter, or with saturated fats or sugar.
-sandwich with tunafish, salad and sliced tomatoes + an apple + yogurt
-sandwich with ham, cheese, salad and sliced tomatoes + pear + chocolate milk
-tunafish salad with corn and peas + graham crackers + pineapple
-fruit salad (bananas, strawberries, pears, raisins) + crackers + yogurt and cereals
Egg salad sandwich with Bacon. Yum!
