What is the best thing to have in a sandwich?!
Answers: Well, you're really asking two questions there... the first one takes me back to 1938, the nazi's were on the verge of winning dang tickety and getting their hands on the grand prize, the jews. I didn't think of anything at the time,but something in the air was saying "...bacon...bacon...". I think it was my stomach ulcer, as time progressed the cherry tree grew as tall as the walnut and with twice as much egg. I rode my trumpet all the way through Westminister, Russia on the bacon of a silver-black phantom bike. Chocolate cheese was the greatest craze of the time and by the Prehistoric period, cuban cigars were on sale at every cave in the western hemisphere. Only at that time, we lived on the moon and aliens were eating bacon. I lost my train of thought, so happy hannukah! But for the best sandwich filler I would have to say Chicken Teriyaki, Jalapenos and Barbecue Sauce with teapot.

Butter isnt neccessary ealy. i usually skip this part out if my filling is moist anyway.
A balanced diet contains fruit veg, protein and carb with a few vitamins and minerals
Carbs- brownbread (for slow release energy)
Fruit -Tomatoes (vitamin C)
Veg - Lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn, etc
Protein- chicken/turkey breast, Ham, Tuna (tuna has omega 3 which is an essential fatty acid only found naturally in oily fish) or cheese if you're veggie. (Cheese is a source of calcium)
you could mix it up with some red onion or garlic..... thay are extremely good for you!
otherwise its a matter of personal taste and everyone will give you adifferent answer!

a simple scrambled egg (egg+black pepper+salt+thinly sliced red chilies+sliced onion) with lots of butter on the bread, of coz the yummiest when the egg is still hot=)

Cheese and yellow mustard on soft, stick to your teeth, white bread. To me, that's the best tasting, but it's not the best, nutrition wise. I would say the bread makes the difference, whole grain would be the best.
