Does the nutritional content of vegetables change once they are frozen?!

yes... but not completely...
fresh best, frozen next and canned a least favorite last...

If you blanche them from fresh for three minutes, yes, as this keeps the colour and nutrients intact. So when cooking it is just like cooking from fresh.

what are these people talking about??? of course the nutrients change when frozen... it kills off a ton of nutrients, who doesn't know that? are these folks just reading the pkg and believing this or what?? the best veggies are fresh, no matter what anyone tells you.
