What is your favorite "hot sauce" ?!
Answers: I've really only used Tabasco so I don't know the others.
Frank's Red Hot! That;'s wht is used on Buffalo Chicken Wings.
I also like Tabasco Chipotle.
Cholulu, then Tabasco green

You might wish to try scotch bonnet pepper sauce. it has a very mild flavor that just enhances and doesn't cover the flavor of the food, like tabasco does. But it will make you sweat after only a few bites, if you use more than a very small amount!!
I like the chipotle sauce that Tabasco brand makes.
I am a hot sauce fanatic, I have recently bought 2 of the hottest and the hottest from a website here in Canada, Melisa's Red Savina is the second hottest at 700,00 scoville units, and my bottle of "The Bomb" just arrived, made with the hottest pepper known to man, the Naga Jolika (1,000,00 scoville units), it is out of this world, but in actuality I have bought a bottle at a local Dollar store with a sauce from Guyana in South America, and was surprised for $1.00 to have the kick it does.
