Semolina custard shelf life?!

Question: I just made some Galaktoboureko, a semolina custard with sheets of phyllo on the top and the bottom and a sugary syrup on top ( a lot of syrup actually, think baklava) so how long do you think the shelf life would be, it has 10 eggs in it. I made it on Wed. It's soooo good I don't want to have to throw it away, I know I can't freeze it. So what do you think, it has been kept in the fridge since it cooled on Wed, I am eating as much as I can but it's a big pan!! Help!!

Ti cannis? Kala Kala (sorry i have no greek)
i am very food conscious and since custard is not properly cooked but just heated up, i would eat it within 4 days. then again i don't know the recipe, but certainly the egg does not reach a temperature high enough to kill for instance, Salmonella. so if the egg is not cooked: 4 days.
if it is cooked: one week.

you'll be ok, hopefully you finish it by wed that stuff that has been refrigarated withh last about a week

You will not want to keep it more than four days as it will start to break down. Share it with friends and coworkers. You will be a hero!!
