I've been drinking Dr. Pepper for years & never experienced any problem with any kind of rashes butt or otherwise. Perhaps you are allergic to something in the beverage.

I suppose it could if you are allergic, but not for most people.
I LOVE Dr. Pepper.... my fave cola.
I drink it often and I've never had any butt problems! :)
