Is Cambozola Cheese supposed to be very smelly?!

Question: Quick, I just open a package and it is stronger than blue cheese. Is it OK? Thanks.

Hi there, Cambozola cheese is not smelly. It's a combination of a mild blue and brie ( made in Germany). Some Gorgonzola's are smelly however when their ripe. When buying Cambozola cheese make sure that the rind is white. When it's starts getting a brownish look it's overripe and will have an amoniated odor and dosen't taste very good. I hope that helps!!

the more mold in there the stronger the cheese.

Camboleeza Rice is very smelly

No, I don't think it shoudl smell stronger than blue chz. Camembert is very mild, almost odorless (and flavorless!) whle gorgonzola is pretty sharp. Camemzola is a mix of the two. If ti's stronger than blue, I'd return it to the store for a refund.
