You could do a fresh fruit or fresh veggie tray. Those are good bets at that time of the day.

Good luck!

Box of doughnuts?

Splurge for once an' buy'em lunch, fer chrissakes!

A nice mixed platter would be well received I think.

If you want it lighter, go with fruits and/or vegetables.
If you want more substance, go with meat and cheeses.

11:30 would be lunch. Just serve it toward the end of the meeting rather than the beginning.

bagels
fruit/veg tray
quiche
sandwich tray

Pizza and beer. They will worship at your feet

Fruits
Veggies with dip
Granola Bars
Donuts
Anything small people can nibble on to get them to lunch

crackers and cheese, fruits, an assortment of fruits, juices and sparkling water, some sweet stuff, not like breakfast donuts, but maybe struedel.

Sausage Rolls and Cream cakes go down a treat when I worked in an engineering workshop.

Where I live, lunch is considered anytime from 11-2. So I think buying lunch for everyone would be appropriate.

bagels are always good, with different cream cheese spreads, or muffin/ cookies.

I love this stuff called Veggie Booty, it is also available in Fruity Booty as well. Go to www.robscape.com and they have all the different kinds and how to buy it. It is fun, healthy and great tasting! I am addicted to the stuff and I have gotten everyone I work with, live with and am related to addicted. LOL! It's really good!

mini finger foods such as cheese balls, mini burgers/club sandwiches, veggie tray, fruit kabobs, etc.
