Question: What is one of your favorite foods that is native to where you live?? For example grits from the south. Please include where you live so we can all learn from this question!! yum! little pastries with different things in them. sometimes cheese and cant remember the other things

I was born in Peru and my fav food from there has to be Alpaca!

ummmmmmmmmm i live in oregon, i like???????....... well

i love alfrado, but also from oregon........ so CHEESE!! i love tillamok ice cream. the mud slip, to die fro, yummmmmmmm

turnip greens with hot sauce and cornbread. i'm originally from mississippi now i live in kentucky but i still love the comfort food i grew up with.

I'm from Oregon and i love the Fruit up here. The Apples, Pears, Peaches, berries and cherries. Other produce just can't compare.

Ned Kelly Pies - Australia

Just like a plain meat pie, but with an egg on top and slices of tomato and cheese. Soo good.

i live in pennsylvania and me love philly cheesesteaks...i want one now

Sautee onion, boil elbow macaroni, drain, then add cottage cheese, a little butter and salt. It may be a Polish thing. Detroit area.

Indian samosas...my friend's Mom makes delicious ones! Now I am hooked, and they are pretty tasty!

In southern California. My favorite is a Mexican Mediterranean hybrid.
