What is the best thing to have to fill you up i am always hungry?!

Question: pasta!

Answers: pasta!

You need protein. Make like chicken breast and brown rice. Or tuna with rice. They tatse nicer than they sounds. Especially with salt and pepepr.

Pasta or Protein, try not to mix the two.

I think popcorn is good to fill up on.

Also from a non diet standpoint I'd say rice and bread because they expand in your stomach.

Also Peanut butter is good too!

Pasta yes. Taglatelli (can't spell it :\) with cheese and lots of cheese always fills me up. Add blueberries to your normal cereal to fill you up more. snack on blueberries, they are gorgeous. and drink more! it does fill you up weirdly!

Eggs and fruit.

Pancakes.

When I am hungry but I've eaten to much during the day, I chew gum.
Also, I've found rice pudding to be really, filling.

Unhealthily - multiseeded bread and chips
Healthily - yoghurt and mixed fruit salad
Always - water, water, water!!!

Porridge, fills you up and digests very slowly,so you feel full all day.
Baked beans on toast, with fried eggs on top.
Protein, chicken,Tuna.
Sardines on toast.
Pasta fills me up for about 2 days.

have a big plate a chicken and rice

if you don't want to cook go to burger king and order a chicken sandwich with large fries and a large sprite or coke

start your day with a good breakfast then just have normal meals, your breakfast is your golden meal of the day hope this helps

i nice thick irish stew homemade, if you were living near me i could of made you one then you could eat it that will fill your tiger tank (tummy in other words) anyway this is how i make it give it a try. get all the fresh veggies you like cut them up put in a stewpot and some pulses like kidney, broad beans etc 2 big handfuls of pearl barley dilute your favourite oxo cube pour it all the veggies etc then add some small chicken legs then let it cook for about 1-1/2 hours make some dumplings put them on top until they are cooked there you are homemade irish stew tuck in and enjoy.

Veggies and beans -- they are loaded with fibre, and fibre can help you feel full. It is also a good idea to add some good fat to meals -- maybe a little olive oil, peanut butter, cheese (or soy cheese), or nuts. Protein can help you to feel full as well -- tofu, beans, and cheese.

porrige!
