What are your favorite fresh mushrooms?!
Answers: I love portebellas, porcinis and shitake. I truly love all kinds of mushrooms. They are so great. I love to saute them in olive oil and garlic.

Morels, hands down my favorite! Sauteed with a little butter and fresh marjoram. Delicious.

I love portabellas. They make great quesadillas, veggie "burgers," and they are awesome on the grill! I'm not vegetarian, but with these you can actually live without meat.
Cremini's. They are juvenile Portobello's in flavor at 1/3 the price.
