Irish cream flavor? what is it?!

Question: I know irish cream is whiskey or baileys or whatever...

but the actual "irish cream" flavoring... in coffee creamer and recipes.... what IS it supposed to taste like then? Whiskey? Coffee? both?

Here is what is in it if you were going to make it at home:
1 3/4 cups brandy
4 pasteurized eggs
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
