Just why is Channel Island milk so creamy and golden?!

Question: Appreciate your help, thank you.

Answers: Appreciate your help, thank you.

The Channel Islands are a lot warmer than the main land - England. Therefore the grass on which the cows feed is a better quality than here. It grows nicely all year round whereas ours gets wet/cold/messy and the cows have to be fed on hay n stuff.
