Palmful of almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts or pistachios
Poached egg on whole wheat toast
Veggie omelet
Lowfat cottage cheese with chunks of tomatoes
Salad with sunflower seeds
Grilled cheese & tomato sandwich
English muffin pizza

i go to Jack in he box. 24 hrs. open.

Frozen grapes are pretty good (if it's not too cold where you are).
Canned Mandarin oranges in their own juices.
Frozen berry smoothie (blend berries with what every "milk" or yogurt you have... or try banana, almond butter and a bit of protein powder).
Or a banana, honey, almond (or peanut) butter sandwich on toast.

ya i got some good ideas

cereal and milk. thats something good and you dont have to feel guilty about it its not like a bunch of fat.

air popped pop corn very lightly salted with your favorite herb or a touch garlic powder hold the butter

I go with celery stalks and salsa. Its low fat and low calorie. You can eat a ton of it, fill up and won't gain an ounce.

fruit is good puddding or ice cream

you want healthy so how about a tuna sandwich. tuna is good for your body then you can add a little mayonnaise and then put garlic or onions if you like.
