A good menu so far for today?!


Question: have this for lunch and had this for breakfast..

an orange
a apple
some celery and carrots
a little bag half full of green grapes
about 6 nice sized strawberries
a bottle of water

i don't eat a lot of meat, so i know i don't have protein. I eat a lot, a lot of peanut butter, and i know that has protein.

what i had for breakfast was..
2 buttermilk pancakes [160cal. 3g fat 8g sugar 4g protein 31g. carb] with a drizzle of honey a banana and green tea

For after School snack I was thinking about..
a bowl of blueberries n cream oatmeal [130cal. 2g fat 12g sugar 3g protein 27g carb] with skim milk in it, and also a glass of skim milk, and an apple, or non fat light yougrt [90cal. 12g. sugar]

am i doing good so far?

i did some streches in the morning, and some jumping around to get a little more awake.

Sounds like you are off to a good start. One thing that I would recomend is DRINK MORE WATER. You should drink 16oz of water in the morning before anything else goes in your mouth. Your body gets dehydrated while you sleep. You also need to eat more protein, whether it be from meat or not. You could even get some protein powder and mix it in your oatmeal.

You are off to an amazing start but need to eat more meat for a good healthy lifestyle. Even though peanut butter is yummy it does not give you a good amount of protein unless you eat lots of peanut butter. But there is too much fat so reccomend a nutritionist Report It

  • peanut butter has too much fat!
    have salmon ,some fish ,chicken or turkey.
    if you are in school consult the nutritionist
    or doctor at school.you are too young to make your own diets..

    It sounds like you have everything in there.
