1/3 sec cooking spray has no calories nor fat...what about a 1second spray?!

1/3 do have calories and fat. just a small amount that is not worth listing.

I always worry about the chemicals in it. I use it but think even a quarter tablespoon of real butter which is natural is not as bad especially when one is talking mini calories.
