Question: I lose my appetite in the morning, too tired to eat..
what's your excuse?

Answers: I lose my appetite in the morning, too tired to eat..

we'll you lose close to 200-250 calories when you don't eat breakfast and if you can learn to not eat to big of a lunch or dinner throughout the day you end up losin some weight SO
Why NOT?

Sometimes I woke up late that's why I miss the breakfast. <*-*>

Because..
I feel like vomiting and i feel really sick.
also i dont have the time.xD

CZ I cant think of a good tasting, low-calorie food to have for breakfast

you shouldn't miss breakfast. it is the most important meal of the day and will effect your health if you don't eat it!! If you find you've lost your apatite when it comes to it eat something small e.g. a cereal bar, or fruit! but you need your morning rush of energy to get you through your day!

no time...

I wake up around 12pm - 3pm. so theres no point in breakfast.

I just have a big dinner..

Or if i have to go somewhere during the day, i eat breakfast. But i dont sleep

I Have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome ( :( )
And I Physically Cant Eat In The Morning, It Makes Me Feel Really Sick Just Looking At Food In The Morning,
But Then Again, I Genrally Dont Wake Up Until About 11 :)

x

I can't cook...and i'm broke so eating mostly hot pockets and frozen taquitos...

I am never hungry in the morning either.........black coffee !
( I think you should follow what your body tells you..it is unique to you after all).
If I force myself to eat in the morning...I want to go back to bed ( makes me feel tired !)

somewhere in there lies the truth<plain lazy!!
