Question: Breakfast: 1 egg
1 piece of white wheat cinnamon toast

Snack: 2 fig neutons

Lunch: A wrap with pieces of leftover steak, a little pepper jack cheese, lettuce, one piece of bacon, and some italian dressing.

2 mint oreos
water

Snack: about 10 pretzels
a blood orange
water

Dinner: Speghetti and a piece of garlic bread. water to drink

sweet snack: chocolate and hot mint tea.

I don't know what your goals are... so this is a broad response/alteration to your eating habits. Eggs are good and good job on eating breakfast, stay away from the cinnamon, regular, dry or peanut butter toast is better, but good that it is wheat. Fig neutons are full of carbohydrates and are simply cookies, so stay away. The dressing will get you, lots of fat!!!!! chex mix is not great and the oreos should go. The rest is generally good, but stay away from the garlic bread. Try to add more protein and cut the sugars. Im not sure what you are used to eating but cutting out the sweets should help. Try eating boneless skinless chicken breasts, you can buy a huge bag at costco for 15$
