Best Noodle Soup?!

Question: There are lots of noodle soups out there, from pho to chicken noodle soup to hae mee. What do you think makes the best kind of noodle soup? What broth would you use? Would it be strongly seasoned or simple and untouched? What kind of noodles? And would there be other things in the soup too?

The best noodle soup is at a Thai restaurant here in town which is loaded with seafood, lemon grass, chili flakes, and cilantro in a sweet and sour broth. IT WAS AWESOME. To me, that was the ultimate in comfort food. It warmed me down to my toenails.

darlin...
hmmmmmmm....good question...all though, I usually find the best noodle soup..especially chicken..at the store, in a can,
usually by the store's brand..adda little water, salt, pepper, just a touch of garlic...& some crackers...hmmmmm...good luck!!!

I would go with Campbell and Raman.

I prefer the Mexican Fideo soup without meat. It's a bit of a change with some tomato in it. Very yummy. You can find some powdered mixes of it that do a pretty good job of it, but homemade is best.

I just made soup tonight.
low sodium chix broth
celery, onion, carrots
ginger, pepper
shredded, baked chix w/garlic, celery, and onion spices on it
broken flat noodles
