Is it ok to eat bones......?!
Answers: Like soft chicken bones, or fish bones that are easy to eat. Can you eat them and are they good in any way, like calcium etc..?
carblue must be smoking crack!
Nobody KNOWS what an appendix is for...
But yes, those bones are full of calcium, helping YOUR bones if you eat them. That's why a can of sardines is one of the best calcium rich foods there is--the bones are still in there!
Personally, I'd rather take a supplement....but whatever floats your osteoporosis-FREE boat!!
You will have a higher probability of choking eating bones, especially fish bones. Bones are pretty useless nutritionally to the human diet, but that is what your appendix is for and why most people are being born without one now in days. Back in caveman days we did eat the bone and the bone particles would be stored in the appendix. Because we have civilized since then our bodies are beginning to realize we no longer need the appendix.
Um...I'd recommend a calcium pill or big glass of milk instead.
i would not eat them try not too. i never heard about them having to do with calcium
i think you shouldn't because you will choke and a lot of people care about you and don't want to go to the hospital having surgery... :(
i would not really try to eat those. try a glass of milk or a clucim pill.
