Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. Which is better?!


Question: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Dont skip it ever! Breakfast jump starts your body and metabolism and allows you to function normally throughout the day. It helps you stay focused, and if you eat a proper amount and it is healthy, you sometimes dont feel as hungry throughout the day.

DINNER! (i've never been a big breakfast fan.)

Lunch!!! Definitely!! I like Dinner too though.

By all means Breakfast. You're breaking an 8 hr. fast so to speak and this is where the glycogen and all your innards need their fuel for the day's start. Eat a good breakfast, medium lunch and light (salad, etc.) supper and you'll be fine. Exercise at least 3 x's per week.
An apple a day keeps the Dr. away, just find one you really like to eat every day. My preference is Golden Delicious, gold, not the green. The greens are better for cooking like Granny Smiths.
