who are the people who should have more eggs and why?

who are the people who cannot consume eggs and why?

why do some people need more eggs.some sort like the same Q as the 1st one.

why are eggs prepared in different ways eg. nice colors, variety of food to choose from ?

People who should have more eggs are elderly people, and younger people because eggs are a good source of protein, and old people and babies need more of that.

People who cannot consume eggs are normally babies and they outgrow it by their 5th birthday. Some vegans and vegitarians cannot onsume eggs because they believe it is wrong to eat an animal.

Some people need more eggs because they need more protein or iron. Eggs are rich in both. Sometimes if you are anemic, which means you don't have enough iron in your body, they give you a diet that consists of eggs and other various vegatables along with the pills they make you take.

Eggs are prepared in different ways for a ton of reasons. I mean, who wants to eat eggs the same way over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again? Another reason is that they dye them and cook them differently for celebrations like Easter. The ever-so-famous Easter Egg Hunt. And you cuold pretty much cook eggs anyway that you want, for any reason that you want.

People having low hemoglobin n other malnutritions or people into serious body building or sports should supplement their diet with eggs.

People with allergy to albumin(main protein in eggs) or phenylketonuria should avoid taking eggs.

We like to innovate with our food so its good to have eggs prepared in a way u like.
