I have no idea why, I have the same problem when I eat fresh spinach. I thought I was imagining it when it happened to me, glad I'm not the only one.

No idea

fresh or frozen? probably thats not cleaned properly before cooking

I know Why ,i spoke to him yesterday along with doctor who and Mrs when.

I can't say why it would be like that, but try adding some salt, and some garlic. (to taste)

you may be allergic to that spinach. some times roasted potatoes also cause these sort of symptoms. better avoid eating spinac

i love spinach also this never happend to me. i have no idea why ur teeth feel like this

only ever had it cooked, it might taste different raw?

dont have an idea

It is possible that you are not cleaning the spinach properly (nor cooking it through!).

Spinach is notorious for carrying E-coli!

This will give quite a nasty aftertaste and could be the source of your dental reaction.

Speak to your dentist.

I don't know . tell your dentist or doctor though. You might be elergic or something.

ask a doctor?

Spinach is an excellent source of vit. C if eaten raw as well as vits. A and B, calcium, potassium and iron. Spinach was originally thought to provide far more iron than it actually does, but the iron is "bound" up by oxalic acid in cooked spinach.
You could just possibly have a bit of sensitivity to either the potassium or the iron.
Some people do have sensitive teeth.
Use a sensitive toothpaste and see if that helps.

its ok you can go ahead and eat this your not allergic to spinach i get this to when i eat spinach i was told its the iron in the spinach dont worry bout it you dont need to go to any doctor and keep up eating the spinach its great for you xx

My sons partner is a vegan and she reckons its the iron in the spinach,

Do you grow your own or do you buy it ? Some varieties of spinach have higher quantities of oxalic acid (do you get the same reaction from rhubarb?)
If you grow your own,try a different variety (all the F1 hybrids I have tried have been less "tannic")
