Eat less bread products and more fresh fruits and veggies. You will not loose weight/or gain weight if you arent eating the recommended amount of calories for your age and gender. If you eat way less than what your body needs you will need cause more harm than good. Eat a more balanced dinner though. Baked fish or chicken is always good, something with a bit more substance.

Eating the cereal is fine, but you have to watch the carbs and sugar in them. The cheese and cheetos have lots of fats in them - not a very good lunch

No, it isn't but please take vitamin supplements.

bread , cheese , and cereal and Cheetos look on the back of your products they can also provide the nutrition's facts on them

as long as you don't eat a lot of it

If you expend less calories then you consume in a day then you are probably storing the extra, which converts to fat. Here is a great fact if you are really concerned. Once you make new fat cells, they are yours forever, only shrinking or expanding. Of course, there is always liposuction!

You might get a little fat.

It depends on how much of that stuff you're eating...

Regardless of whether it's fattening or not, if that's all you eat in a day, you're not getting nearly enough protein and you will probably become catabolic and start burning muscle...

It wasn't that fattening but you could have eaten some else besides cheetsos like an apple or a pear.
You acutually ate good. It wasn't that fattening.
