Howlong would you last eating oat meal &, green beans ?!


Question: you would last a LONG time, even longer if you had water. But you would get deprived of vitamins and minerals quite quickly and that would cause major problems. If you're gonna diet like that (crazy don't do it) definitly use supplements to get your nourishment.

Depends on the type of oatmeal.

not very long its hard to eat that but i do like it to a point. but it can take a toll if too long. lol

Well, I like both, so I could eat them for a long time.

However, there is no protein, so if that was all you had... you'd have problems.

i love green beans. i need less than 1 week!!

I am asuming ur going on a diet or are a vegetaerian. YZou need protien so it would be very unhealthy. Try eating soy products like boca or just plain soy beans. I am a vegetarian so i know.

I could last a long time on oatmel but I don't think I would last very long on green beans.

Eventually, you would probably develop scurvy...this was just on Discovery channel that a little boy only ate those and the only symptoms were extreme pain when trying to walk...a couple of days on a proper diet and he was fine though.

As long as I needed to...or as long as they kept feeding me....

I love oatmeal, I could eat it 3 meals a day every day. I like it cooked with chicken stock & green beans, or even better with peas & a pat of butter. Oatmeal with maple syrup is also yummy. Or just plain with butter & salt. Or just throw a couple of handfuls in any soup, it makes it thick & creamy and delicious!

And for all the people saying that there is no protein, WRONG! legumes(yes even green beans) and whole grains (Oatmeal) makes a complete protein. YOU don't NEED meat people!

If I could something on the green beans like a sauce made up of cream cheese salsa and black beens then I could last a while. hmmmm there is a good crash diet idea, better market it.
