What part of the body are black olives good for you?!

Question: you know like your teeth or skin or stuff like that

Answers: you know like your teeth or skin or stuff like that

Well, black olives are supposed to have polyphenols, which help us to ward off cancer, so they are of benefit to the whole body.

The calories in olives are mostly from fat, but it is healthy fat. That doesn't mean you can overindulge, because too much of anything is not a good thing. Also, be conscious of the sodium in black olives. For 4 olives, there are 115mg of sodium, or 5% of the recommended total daily amount. This may not seem like much, but if you eat a whole can, you may have your total daily amount in one can, and that is not even taking into consideration what else you eat that day.

Enjoy! Black olives rock!

Skin and heart

Not real sure what specific body part they are good for. But they provide the "good" fats that your body needs.

according to the greeks they are good for your libido , but you'll have to take their word for it ..
