Does the grease from fried food escape through your pores?!

Question: After eating fried food, does your body try to detoxify itself by removing the grease through your pores? I hardly ever eat anything fried, but on the rare occasions that I do I feel disgusting afterwards. Not sick at my stomach, but it feels like the grease is seeping out of my pores. My wife thinks that it's all in my head, but I feel strongly otherwise.

My answer is wishy washy but I'll give it anyway...

At first, I thought it must, because I know that when I drink a lot of alcohol, I can smell it on my skin, same with garlic.

BUT, then I remembered that in school, my biology teacher told me that scientists had proven that eating greasy foods does NOT cause acne, so does that mean it isn't coming out of the pores?
