White pudding consists of oatmeal, onions, suet, onions and often (but not always) a little pork. Very tasty it is too.

dont know, but it tastes bloody gorgeous

Mostly intestines and herbs I think.

black pudding is red blood , white pudding is white blood cells , thats why its more expensive ?

White blood cells and fats. Black pudding still better though.

In Scotland it's made of suet, oatmeal, onions and spices. It can be made with bread instead of oatmeal.

White pudding or oatmeal pudding is a meat dish popular in Scotland, Ireland, Iceland (Lifrarpylsa), and Newfoundland. It is also quite popular in Devon and Cornwall, where it is known as Hog's pudding. It is very similar to black pudding, but does not include blood. Consequently, it consists of pork meat and fat, suet, bread, and oatmeal formed into the shape of a large sausage. Earlier versions (pre-1990) often had brain matter (sheep) added as a binding agent.

Like black pudding but without blood products - so pork meat , fat, suet, bread and oatmeal! yum yum >>>>>>>>

Omg, sorry but that sounds disgusting! Not exactly what I had in mind when I saw "pudding".

sometimes its best not to know
