Refrigerated pilau rice - 2 days past useby?!

Question: I totally forgot to eat an Indian takeaway kit I bought from the shops.. grr! trying to make use of bits out of it and wondering if the onion bajiis, naan bread and rice will be ok! I darent eat the chicken, lol.

If it was in the refrigerator, I would trust the whole thing - just microwave it.

But if you have a weak constitution, this might not be appropriate for you.
