you mean bilinis?? its fruit puree and champagne. very good. the most famous one is the peach bilini with is peach puree (fresh or frozen) with Perseco (Italian sparkling wine)...

Did you mean "bellini's"? If so, a bellini is a cocktail made of sparkling white wine and white nectarine.
