just eat them plain. if hot cheetos were supposed to be eaten with cream chees or lemon then there would have been cream cheese or lemon flavored hot cheetos!!!

The sour cream will quench the hotness if you can't handle them straight up.
I love them and i usually just eat them with a pepsi. I know not a good for snack. BUT I LOVE IT.
