Are you addicted to food?!

Question: I think I am. Especially comfort foods like ice cream.

Answers: I think I am. Especially comfort foods like ice cream.

I think I am too. I wake up thinking and creating what I will have as soon as my taste buds sparkle. I walk through the grocery stores dreaming of all of the dishes I would like to make with this or that ingredient, my mouth waters when I see a comfort dish (same as you) and I have to get it. I honestly think that if I wasn't cooking professionally, I would need a support group or a dietician............being around food all day curbs your appetite (kind of) and putting the care and love into what you're making eases the mental side of my addiction, I think. But, I could think of thousands of worse things to be addicted to, sadly said, besides really good food.

CHOCOLATE.

No I am not

yes chicken fried steek, and mashed potatos.

lol nope food is addicted to me lmao >.<

but no to be honest i only eat twice a day max

try drinking water it gets you full and its healthy

The only food Im addicted to is healthy foods. Its so lovely not to be over weight and not feel bloaty and yucky (sleeping) feeling.

You should try changing your addictions to something healthy.

not really......well, i can't get enough icecream or cake(usually. some cake sucks) but that's why i don't get it much

Oh yes i am...I eat ALLL day but it's mostly junk food

Everything Chef Renee said is me totally!! I thought I was the only one!!!!!!!

oh heck yes

not right now am on a diet

I LOVEEEEEEEE FOOD! XD

I am not but I easily could become that way. So I try not to use food for comfort but it is hard not to.
