I gather and eat wild mushrooms and I know that only a small proportion are truly poisonous and a small proportion are 'tasty' and edible.

if so desired buy them fresh and cook in most hygenicway ad eat them

You should not eat those mushroom that grows naturally. Some species are too dangerous that can cause you die. There are some farm artificially grows mushrooms that are good to eat and supplies to markets, you can buy from them to eat.
