Electric griddles, what to get?!

Question: I'm mostly using this for pancakes and breakfast type meals.
I want something good quality and fair in size but around $50.

I want to be able to cook 4 pancakes around 4" diameter in size at one time but I don't want something huge that I cant clean in the sink.

Something with removable cooking surfaces that can be taken off and go into the dishwasher is a huge plus.

Terri had a great answer, but I had problems with that grill-I returned it to Kohl's and got the Bella one -Not currently on sale, but when it is, just grab some of your Kohl's coupons, and you can get it for less than $50-I did!!!
