Answers: Move around some- try a short walk, or some stretching.

You are just going to have to let your digestive system run its course.
Not much you can really do now to force yourself not to be full..
Next time stop eating when your body tells you to.
If possible, take a 20 minute walk.
DRINK WATER. it flushes everything out. u need at least 8 oz each day missy. maybe laying down or using the tiolet will help. best answerr? :]

Do you eat breakfast everyday? If you eat breakfast, you will have a smaller appetite for lunch and not spurge out.
Lay down on your tummy on a pillow in your bed.

do not eat for a few hours and drink peppermint tea without any sugar if you can take it !

Ok, this works...seriously. Lean back in your chair and put your hands flat right above your stomach...one on each side...the side of your thumbs should be resting right under your underwire. Now, alterating sides, pat repeatedly. (kinda like Pin-Ball flappers). I know it sounds crazy but I learned this in Hawaii...when they would have 3 day feast they would do this so they wouldn't feel full and to make room for more food.
Not having anything to drink may help, especially carbonated drinks. Also, try to leave something on the plate.
Take a 15 minutues slow walk until u hear the 'burp' sound.haha..n dun snack after that.
